I took my RX350 for a front end clunking noise. I’ve been living with it because of COVID. Finally I made an appointment to be told that two techs took it for a drive and it’s operating as designed. Customer service at its best. I brought my daughters Lexus in for service on the ignition and ask for Randy who was the previous salesman of the car.
