Michael Cain provided excellent customer service as usual! But I know it’s very challenging and stressful as he needs to take care of more things than in the past. Excellent customer service from start to finish! Made my car buying experience beyond expectation. I was not expecting to buy, only test drive the UX. Bill Patris was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions which made it very easy to make a decision. Once I sat in it, I started to warm up. Then I took it for a drive and fell in love with it. I haven’t bought a new car since buying my 350z in 2006. I was very reluctant about walking into dealerships with high pressure tactics or lack of customer service. To my surprise, I completed the entire transaction in a little over an hour. Tyler Kalevitch took care of all of the paperwork, which is all done electronically! After everything was signed, he handed me minimal paperwork and a flash drive. So convenient and efficient! I decided to get UV tinting on my windows and really wasn’t in a rush to pick up my new UX for a few days. But I needed it sooner than expected. With a phone call to the dealer, they made it happen on short notice. Windows were completed and I was given a detailed technology course by Lexus tech wizard Kyler Schmidt. Kyler programmed everything in the UX for me as Bill said they would. They also offer refresher courses on the technology too! I am loving my new UX Sport. Super fun and easy with all the luxury Lexus has to offer. More
