Unapproved Test Drives and Damage to My Vehicle. I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the recent service provided for my vehicle at your dealership. I have experienced several is I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the recent service provided for my vehicle at your dealership. I have experienced several issues that I believe need immediate attention. Firstly, I noticed that during the TPWS calibration, my vehicle was subjected to a test drive exceeding 30 miles without my prior consent. This was followed by an additional test drive of over 35 miles during my second visit when the battery drain issue persisted, despite having replaced the battery. It is concerning that such extensive test drives were carried out without my approval, as a few miles should have sufficed for this procedure. Moreover, upon inspecting my vehicle after the service, I discovered three noticeable scratches. I have notified your team about this damage; however, I have yet to receive any apology or offer to rectify the situation. This lack of accountability is both disappointing and unprofessional. Given these issues, I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of care and service provided. The handling of my vehicle reflects a disregard for customer property and trust. Consequently, I no longer feel comfortable bringing my vehicle to your dealership for any future service needs. More
