I have dealt with so many rude car salesmen treating me like I am stupid because I am a girl. Until I was lucky enough to meet Alvin as my salesman because he made the experience AMAZING. He made it so easy, and he took the time to answer all my questions with so much patience and kindness. He stayed late, after hours to wait for me so I could come get my car because I had to work late. He didn't complain once or make me feel bad about it at. He even brought me to get a coffee from the machine when I first arrived because he knew I was tired. Who does that? Only someone who genuinely cares about others!. Why is that so rare these days? He kept a kind smile on his face the whole time even though I know he wanted to go home after working all day. He gives salesmen a good name and I will recommend him ANYDAY. To top it off, Danny Swaim was extremely kind in finishing up my purchase. He was extremely kind and helpful as well and didn't complain about staying late. The whole time, I was treated like a person, not just a sale and forever I will be grateful. All I know is Im SUPER impressed how professional everyone was people and I know for a fact I was given an amazing deal and I will be back to buy my next upgrade. I will be back for my next upgrade! Its worth the 4 hour drive to have such great customer service. I will tell anyone who is looking for a car, to start here. More
I’m not one to write bad reviews but...This is my second I’m not one to write bad reviews but... This is my second new Lexus and I had never had this happen to me when servicing my cars at Lexus dealership I’m not one to write bad reviews but... This is my second new Lexus and I had never had this happen to me when servicing my cars at Lexus dealerships: I scheduled service online and my wife took the vehicle, arrived on time and first the attendant couldn’t find the appointment; then it was found. Second, the service advisor told my wife there were no loaners available. First time ever but ok, they’re courtesy vehicles and are subject to availability, fine. So my wife was put in a Lyft and sent home. She was told the vehicle would be ready later that day. We never got a call. My wife had to Uber to work the next day and, no call. It was until the 3rd day that SHE had to call the Lexus of San Diego that they said that the car was ready for pick up. The claim was that they called to inform us of the completion of the service. But she did not have a missed call nor a voicemail. Neither did I. So, 2 and a half days for a 20k mile service and no loaner to move around in the meanwhile. This is a first time ever with Lexus, a $50k plus vehicle. I understand things happen but it was definitely an inconvenience for us. Now, I get what I believe to be an automated follow up email telling me that they wanted to know if I was and I quote “EXTREMELY SATISFIED” with our visit. I took the time to write everything you read minus this last paragraph. And, NO REPLY from Lexus of San Diego! Then why send that robo-email? You must understand that a lot of things have to be wrong with a service department when they miss all of the things mentioned above. One of the reasons I bought Lexus this time over any other premium brands is because I am used to their stellar reliability AND service! I am not asking for any coupons, discounts on future visits, etc! They wanted to know my opinion about my experience and I gave it to them. They obviously don’t care or are too busy fixing the randomness of their service department. I hope that’s the case. More

Service ok, but missing parts that were never replaced The 5,000 mile service was ok they did what they were supposed to do. This was in October and I still have not received the replacement parts even after multiple calls and promises from Michael Cain. More
