We bought our daughter a Honda Civic at Wilde Honda. The person behind her hit her car. We were told to take the car to your Lexus location. Over three weeks later the car was still not touched! Unlike your employees in the collision dept who told us the car wouldn’t be fixed until January!!! The way they spoke to us was so unprofessional. The insurance adjuster from Allstate also commented to us about your employees in the collision department being so rude. More
