Roberto Castrodad was my Advisor. He was EXCELLENT. A lot of times in the past, I have had issues with feeling like my car wasn’t handled with care and not the best customer service- He was EXCELLENT. A lot of times in the past, I have had issues with feeling like my car wasn’t handled with care and not the best customer service- that changed when my Lexus had a unforseen issue with the Ebrake. I brought the car in and within less than 30 minutes, I was in a loaner, warranty confirmed and advised on next steps and a plan. He checked in with me through the time they had my car to make sure I knew what was going on and very quickly responsive to me when I had questions about anything. I’m VERY impressed with the customer service that he showed me and my car feels great again. My Lexus and I thank you for the time and service you provided us. Customer for life. More

This visit seemed more lelaxed than other times. But I was promised the car within 1h 40 minutes. I saw them in the phone and asked if they had been done. And he said no, thry could wait until next time. Next time is normally a year away. I spend a out of time abroad. And Roberto had just told me I only need to come in once a year. Do I drive euth dirty oil and a dirty filter for a year? Or do I drive the one hour dilruvevto get to the dealer in Sarasota. It really should have been gone while I was there. Instead thry washed and vacuumed the car. I think the priorities were wrong. Also, I had been told this appointment would be for the 40,000 Mike check up. The day before the appointment I got a coupon from the dealer for annoil chsnge Abd tire rotation. It seems to me that was all that was done??? I am not sure. Roberto was not exactly communicative. He gave me the bill without any explanation. Only insisted that any recommended service could wait. A very strange visit. More

Since a routine service at 5500 miles, my gas gauge has been faulty. I went 188 miles and when I tried to put gas in the car, it only allowed me to add 2gallons. When I got there last Saturday, they wouldn’t even look at my car. Then I called last Minday to schedule a service and was scheduled for 3:49 that day. They ran it through the computer and said it was fine. No one would believe me when I said it wasn’t or could explain the gas mileage I got. So I am driving a car that will probably strand me somewhere. More
