Dealership was organized, employees were courteous and well trained. Liked it very much that this new dealership has continued the tradition and excellence of the old owners and has seen fit to keep many well trained. There is a big black tape on my feder holding it in lace. That fender was loose but NEVER mentioned to me while at Lexus for check up. Why????? Waiting time was about 2 hours. I was asking for the estimate on my bumper repair, never got it . The car was not clean properly . Overall it was ok for a simple oil change.
