The dealership is nice but can make efforts to improve the wait time for simple repairs. Also the waiting area should have more choices for snacks and sandwiches. 1st time I had bad experience here. 3 hrs. to get oil change! Checked in for appt. & didn’t talk to advisor for almost an hour because no follow thru on checki-in. I had inquired & no one seemed concerned until Richard Drewes overheard conversation & followed thru. Could not understand text video from mechanic (when I finally saw it). No other follow thru re other work to be done until car was ready to leave the lot. Worst car dealership experience I’ve ever had. Richard Drewes was good tho…..saved the day! More

Service is very good and Tim Elderidge is excellent. My only complaint is with scheduling. I called the week before and spoke to the service department (not Tim), and made an appointment. When I arrived cars were lined up out the drive almost to the street. Apparently there is no co-ordination between people who call in and people who make appointments on line, creating over booking and delays. I have never seen as many people waiting for service. Fortunately I was not pressed for time, but it took from 11;20 until 3:30 to get fairly routine maintenance done. More
