Service experience used to be top notch every time. Since new owners bought it, Friday was the worst experience I’ve had in over 4 years from scheduling online (could not pick my advisor) to leaving a Since new owners bought it, Friday was the worst experience I’ve had in over 4 years from scheduling online (could not pick my advisor) to leaving a message and no one called me back. I waited 15 min in long line to check in for 9:20 appt and then waited 20 min because there was a mix up with my keys to pick up my car. Cashier was more focused on eating than getting my keys. I left cashiers office with no keys. The guys bringing my car up thought I would have keys which makes no sense because they are supposed to drive my car up. I went back to cashier and finally she found them in my advisers office. My adviser is still great - no change there but employees checking people in, cashiers, and those bringing cars up don’t seem to know what they are supposed to do. I hope the new owners work out the kinks and get back to how it used to be. Online and in person. More
