It has always been complimentary and I feel I should have been informed that they are now charging for the service I have come to rely on for the last 16 years. Also, even though the service was wonderful, I was waiting all afternoon for a call as to when my car would be brought back. I had to text at 4:30 and was told it would be the next day.
