My Range Rover was slightly damaged by Ian. The parts were to be ordered right away from England but weren’t until I called a couple of weeks later . I asked if there was a problem and they owned up to the fact that they couldn’t find the keys. they did eventually find them after a few minutes. More

Came to pick up my car after service was completed. Saw my service technician when I got there he said he would check on my car and get it washed. Waited an hour for it to come out. My time didn't feel valued or cared about. Really disappointed the experience. More
