Came to pick up my car after service was completed. Saw my service technician when I got there he said he would check on my car and get it washed. Waited an hour for it to come out. Texted my service technician after waiting for 40 min and got no response. He came out after I had been waiting for an hour. There was no acknowledgement or apology for my hour wait time. My time didn't feel valued or cared about. Really disappointed the experience. More

I have been a customer since 2006 and been pleased with the care and attention given to my car and me as a customer. However, am quite upset. When I called for the complimentary pick up and return, I was the care and attention given to my car and me as a customer. However, am quite upset. When I called for the complimentary pick up and return, I was given a date. It wasn’t until after I reviewed my bill that I saw I was charged $49+. It has always been complimentary and I feel I should have been informed that they are now charging for the service I have come to rely on for the last 16 years. Also, even though the service was wonderful, I was waiting all afternoon for a call as to when my car would be brought back. I had to text at 4:30 and was told it would be the next day. In the past, have always been informed as to the return timing. More
