Performed 90000 mile service and complete detail of LS460. Service was fine, detail job was horrible. Seat belts were still wet; odor from cleaning solvent overpowering. We returned our car, were provided overnight loaner, and retrieved our car the next day. If you’re vacationing in Sarasota and drive a Lexus in need of service, I would recommend this dealership and Mr. Short in particular. But hold off on the detail until you return home. More
