I wish I had known before I took my car in that I’d be waiting in the lounge for the entire day. I literally arrived at 11:40am and did not leave until 6:00 pm. I was in the Lexus of Sarasota Dealership a couple of weeks ago, perusing the beautiful new cars in the showroom when I was approached by a highly professional, amiable, and knowledgeable employee who I weeks ago, perusing the beautiful new cars in the showroom when I was approached by a highly professional, amiable, and knowledgeable employee who I later found out was the GM, Chris Lima. I worked for a company that is renown for high customer service levels and because of that it's takes a lot for me to be impressed but Chris is exceptional. I felt like Chris genuinely cared about my needs, was not trying to push anything on me but rather came up with the right solutions and options for me. This is how you build a customer for life. He gets it. I highly recommend Lexus of Sarasota and have already told several of my friends about the amazing experience I had. Keep it up! More
