The current management has truly lost or ignore what customer service entails. The disjointed service, meaning the customer has to wait for at least 4 touches of different individuals before any actual customer service entails. Before Morgan, my purchasing and service experiences were truly customer focused. Now the customer wait area of is in the middle of the show room, noisy and feels like a fish bowl. Sales people are just walking around, talking amongst themselves with no regard to their clients having to sit amongst their complaining and making this atmosphere toxic while you wait unable to escape. I’ve been a Wilde Lexus, as well as my family for 20 years and it more than appears the Morgan Group makes no conscious effort to accommodate customers but every effort to build their bottom line margins. I am a business person and this dealership is disgraceful. More

Drove up from Fort Myers for service, Jason was very courteous and throughout process. Answered all questions, we never felt rushed or pushed in any specific direction. Only been there once but all was good except I forgot to say that although my repairs were all done the wire to my rearview mirror was not replaced properly.
