Impersonal, unhelpful, uncaring. I miss Wilde Lexus!!!! Loaner had trash in it. Getting paperwork from Carfax and Lexus of Sarasota that has wrong information. Received an offer for my Lexus in the mail with my Vin number but a completely different model, service consultant didn’t care. You would think you would care as it has your name on it. Service tech left the settings on the dashboard. I had trouble figuring out how to get out of it, and now I have changed some settings and can’t figure out how to fix it.
