I do not trust your service technicians. They over charged me for my 15,000 mile service, told me I needed to clean my A/C system and needed a wheel alignment. I stupidly agreed to the A/C cleaning that I am sure was not needed. I have owned five or six Lexus vehicles and never needed any A/C service. So I over paid by about $250 or so for my service. Furthermore, I am not confident all the items I paid for were performed. One for sure was missed, resetting my service clock. I was asked by the vehicle to schedule service after I picked up the car so I reset the service clock myself. Also, I always have my lights on auto and the lights were not on Auto when I got my car back. That is a potential safety issue. Very unhappy with the new ownership More

Our very trusted and competent Service Advisor Jason Peters is fantastic! The apparent new management policy to maximize service profits, not so much. There are many Lexus owners in our community and all we have talked to agree that Lexus service costs have become sufficiently excessive, in some cases unreasonably so, that they are contemplating replacing their Lexus. One neighbor told us that he was informed that his Lexus required $23,00.00 in repairs! My wife was told that her trouble free, moderately driven ES-330 required $8,000.00 of “routine maintenance”. When she investigated the alternative of a newer pre-owned Lexus, the rude attitude of the Pre-owned Manager resulted in our becoming a now one Lexus family. I still love my Lexus, and because I trust Jason Peters absolutely, I plan to keep it unless management policy makes this infeasible. We sincerely hope that the feedback you are currently receiving from Lexus owners will result in management policy modifications that will restore the confidence and pleasure that we have always enjoyed as proud Lexus owners.
