I had a great experience with Lexus of Sarasota at my first return service. Everybody was friendly, professional and timily. I loved the video sent by the tech while our GX 460 was up on the rack, giving first return service. Everybody was friendly, professional and timily. I loved the video sent by the tech while our GX 460 was up on the rack, giving us a thorough walk around. (NICE TOUCH) I appreciated Phill, our service advisor lining us up with a loner vehicle as they did not want to rush the process.
