Amazing new General Manager, Chris at Wilde Lexus in Sarasota Fl.. I leased a 2018 LC 500 and love everyminute I dirve it. I bought it out right after lease and purchased extended warranty for the car. I scraped the Wheel creating a rash on the rim. I went to the dealer to get it fixed and the body shop guy told me that he would grind it and buff it out. I knew from experience that it would creat a brighter color than the wheel . Not acceptable for 120 K car with 3,500 dollar each wheel. I said no thanks and went to the Generral manager and told him what happened and he offered me a new wheel with out questions. I was shocked. But the story gets better. In 2006 I bought a New GX 470 SUV fromm Wilde Lexus and it was scractched by the sales man putting the new lisnse plate. The manager took me in the office and odered me a brand new car from Japan and I had the brand new car for 2 months while the car was shipped to dealer. They let me use the scracthed car for two months dodging huricanes and going on vacation with no charge to me for the car for two months. I have had many cars in my time but Lexus is the King of Cars. The new manager Chris is Proefessional smart and very helpful. He is there to make customers happy with what they buy. Try that at another dealer.. Im buying a new SUV from them next. Chris The genral manager is by far the best and fairest auto dealer executive I have ever met. Thanks More
