Unfortunately my advisor Lisa wasn’t there and I was charged $100 for oil and lube, also quoted $800 for spark plugs and brake fluid!! I called corporate and they said all inclusive in my 60k that was done in Jan and those items left out and still owed to me! I paid ahead there when I bought the car there! They should have known!
