Thanks to Ricardo for his help with replacing my 2018 RX 450 due to an accident. He was patient, knowledgeable, cared for my wife and I during the few hours without transportation. He called to offer help d 450 due to an accident. He was patient, knowledgeable, cared for my wife and I during the few hours without transportation. He called to offer help during his days off, checked with collision shop then reported back to me explaining their delay for not reporting to insurance adjuster. The final result was we have purchased a 2019 RX 450h to travel back to Minnesota. When the collision shop completes repairs. I will drive it back to Minnesota then transfer to my daughter and son in law who need to replace a 2010 RX450h. Ricardo was always concerned first of our wellbeing then replacing the vehicle to return to Duluth, Mn. I came to the Lexus with a tire issue. I showed up at 3:30pm. I was told to wait in the waiting area for Tim to come and see me. It was 5:00 and Tim still didn't show up. I went back to th I showed up at 3:30pm. I was told to wait in the waiting area for Tim to come and see me. It was 5:00 and Tim still didn't show up. I went back to the service department where I was told Tim had left. My Lexus was still in the same spot where I parked it. 5 people acted like I just showed up including the person who first acknowledged me at 3:30. I was again told to wait in the waiting area. 20 minutes later a guy in a red shirt told me i needed a new tire. When I first got there they said the tire needed a patch. I then questioned the price of the tire $300. I said I found the tire cheaper at both Sams and Walmart and that Lexus typically matched the price. He told me we don't do that and do I want the tire or not. I was traveling across the state and needed to know I would not have a problem with the tire so I agreed to overpay for the tire. When I was ready to leave the guy held my keys gave me an evil smile then handed me my keys. This was the worst experience I have ever had at Wilde Lexus. I was furious. I've been a customer for Wilde Lexus for 6 years and this was the absolute worst customer service experience. More
