You know you are in good hands having a car serviced at Wilde Lexus on Clark. I'm on my fourth Lexus to be serviced here since the late 90's and I've never had a bad experience. I loved my service advisor Jay aka Larry Losey and it was bittersweet when he was promoted to Jaguar (happy for him but not me losing him) but he left me in excellent hands with Debbie Millis. Now I'm so happy Jay has returned to Lexus and is now the head of the Service Dept! Both Debbie and Jay make sure excellent care is given to my car and me. I'm always apprehensive when I have to bring my car in for other than oil changes but they always turn it into a pleasant experience. As long as I drive a Lexus, which I hope will be forever, I will bring my car to Wilde Lexus as long as there are people like Debbie and Jay working there. Also, need to do a shout out of thanks to Keith who runs the mobile service and has come to my house several times to change a tire, check a dead battery etc. He also points out other things that may need taken care of (bad mouldings where windshield meets car frame) and one thing he said always sticks with me. One time I had a dead battery in the key fob and he said even though you don't use both fobs its a good idea to change out the batteries at the same time and also to replace them each New Year. I don't know why but that stuck in my mind but I do remember that and I replace the batteries each year and then I never have to worry about it again. When my last car battery was dead Keith pointed out I still had some warranty left on it and the battery was replaced for free. I know this is long but I really do appreciate the service people at Wilde on Clark! More
Jason Peters was exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout the service process (20K mile) and coordinating with the Body Shop for repairs needed as a result of an accident while we were on vacation throughout the service process (20K mile) and coordinating with the Body Shop for repairs needed as a result of an accident while we were on vacation. Greg Gongo was also very courteous and helpful in explaining the repair process as well as handling coordination with the insurance company for estimates, etc. I did not buy my Lexus at this dealer, but since being assigned to Jason Peters as my service representative, I have been very happy. I had a simple problem--needed to replace a terminal on my battery. I spoke with Keith who told me to call him directly when I was out doing errands and he would take care of it quickly while I waited. W my battery. When I arrived, he was there and had me pay the bill while he fixed it. The bill was $25. This all took about 10 minutes. He then offered me a free wash while I enjoyed a complimentary Coke. Now how do you improve on that?? Do it all with a smile and a laugh which he did! Great guy, great place, great car. More

Outstanding guest/customer service and technical expertise with Dee. On two recent service request(8/6 & 8/20) Dee negotiated major replacement parts (not covered under warranty) for two vehicles, a expertise with Dee. In the last several years, I have bought 2 cars from Wilde Lexus and have encouraged and assisted my parents to buy another. We are great Lexus fans and have been very impressed by both Lexus and Toyot Wilde Lexus and have encouraged and assisted my parents to buy another. We are great Lexus fans and have been very impressed by both Lexus and Toyota reliability and quality. With one exception, we have always found the Wilde Service Advisors to be helpful, friendly and competent. Our current Service Advisor, Jason Peters is especially outstanding. Despite our very generally very positive with the Wilde Service Advisors, early on in our experience with Wilde, we had some issues with Service Department Management. Since a change in Service Department Management, our experience has been uniformly positive. A service visit to Wilde is a genuinely pleasant experience and the efforts made by Wilde management and staff to make it so are very much appreciated. We plan to continue to do all of our automobile business with Wilde for the foreseeable future. Our only current criticism of Wilde concerns repair prices. Lexus cars are expensive, as is quality service and extras such as loaner cars, etc. So Lexus owners expect and are willing to pay premium prices for service. In some cases however, the price differential between Wilde and other ASE Certified repair shops is extreme. For example, in response to a Wilde online ad, we queried the price for headlight service. The price quote was $154, vs $34 for the same service at Sam's Club. Similarly, brake pads at Wilde cost $500 per axle, several times the price elsewhere. We've had several similar experiences and have reported them on Wilde feedback forms. In summary, if Wilde management could find a way to bring some of these repair costs in line with other providers, Lexus customers would be happy to pay a reasonable premium for the quality service they expect and receive at Wilde and I would have nothing left to criticize!
