They "threw in" minor body work to the front bumper, which I hadn't noticed prior to the signed sale agreement, gave me a new RX loaner for three (3) days, too during the repair. He even came to my house to program the HomeLink device to our garage door. Upon needing minor body work, caused by their car wash equiptment, they jumped through hoops to accommodate in a very timely manner, as time was of the essence for me; I was relocating to the Chicage area within days. In short, I would say they are absolutely at the TOP OF MY LIST for automobile dealers and I would have no hesitation buying another car from these people or recommending them to my family and friends in the Sarasota area! By the way, I was never a very big LEXUS fan however, this past January, it became clear to me and my wife we needed another car...Harry, etal., cut a deal within less than twenty (20) minutes...from there it's been onward and upward with impeccable service and follow up! Their is NO excuse for lying to a customer. I purchased a new Lexus RX450 4 years ago and have used this dealership consistently for all my service work. Generally, they have done a good job. However, I recently brought my car into their shop for a complete detailing of the car inside and out. When I picked up the car, I noticed that there were water marks BEHIND the glass of my navigation/radio system. I brought this to the attention of the service manager and was told they would fix the problem or replace the unit. I made another appointment so that they could attempt to clean the glass. When returned to puck up my car, I was told that the unit could not be cleaned but they would replace the unit. After thinking about it, I called my service rep and told them I wanted to have them replace the unit and was told the new part would be ordered. I waited two weeks and called to inquire as to the status of the order. I was told that the part was never ordered because the service manager wanted to try and clean the unit before ordering a new unit.. When I complained that I had previously been told that the unit could not be cleaned, I was told by the device rep that the manager did not want the part ordered until they made another attempt to clean the unit. I asked why then was I never called back and told this. Their response was that I was on the list to be called. This is not the way I expect to be treated by a LUXURY car dealer. First I was told that they had made an attempt to clean the unit when I brought the car in for the second time. Then they never order the replacement unit and don't respond to me for two weeks until I call to find out the status. They continue to tell me that they will replace the unit if they can't clean it but I am not going to waste and more of my time. They had the opportunity to correct the problem they created but elected to play games. While I am forced to continue using their service department as there is no other Lexus dealership in Sarasota., I will NEVER purchase another car from them. More

When my car wouldn't start - a 2006 Lexus 400h - I called for assistance. The Lexus Roadside Assistant, Augie, notified Keith from Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. Between the two of them, Keith arrived at my home for assistance. The Lexus Roadside Assistant, Augie, notified Keith from Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. Between the two of them, Keith arrived at my home in Englewood, diagnosed the problem and installed the needed battery. He was efficient, friendly and thorough. Augie, too, deserves some praise. It was not fun having a car that wouldn't start, but thanks to Keith and Augie, it was not the horrible event it could have been. More

We searched Wilde's computer to find out when I purchased my exiting battery. We found I purchased it in November on 20008 ay McGrath Lexus in Chicago. He was than going to research this information as to determine what the cost of the battery would be. Keith is a roadside technician who helped me today with a dead battery. I was stuck (with a friend)in a hot car and my call to the dealership was responded to quickly and directed quickly to Keith.
