When my car wouldn't start - a 2006 Lexus 400h - I called for assistance. The Lexus Roadside Assistant, Augie, notified Keith from Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. Keith is a roadside technician who helped me today with a dead battery. I was stuck (with a friend)in a hot car and my call to the dealership was responded to quickly and directed quickly to Keith. I bought my RX350 2010 last November. I finally went to Dave Trimble's class a couple of weeks ago to learn how to better use my nav system. I learned a lot that day including using the voice activation for my Bluetooth. I went right out to my car, changed the setting and have been using it ever since. I realized how much I did NOT know about the nav system. Dave came out to my house this moring and gave me an individual lesson on the system and I learned a lot more.
