Debbie Millis epitomizes great personal customer service!! She always has! Debbie has excellent communication skills! She keeps me thoroughly informed, so I'm able to make sound decisions on car service. Her accommodating me with a comfortable loaner (because I have short legs) is much appreciated. I have bought two new cars from Wilde Lexus of Sarasota and am grateful to the stellar customer service because I keep my car for several years... I love my Lexus IS250! And Debbie Millis certainly helps me maintain my car....I've gotten to know her over the years, so she genuinely cares about how I'm doing, what new projects I'm involved with and even my travels...She definitely connects with me, and I enjoy doing business with Debbie! I want to start by saying that Wilde Lexus of Sarasota is a great dealership. Everytime I have my car serviced I get the best service possible. Speaking on finance the only problem that I have with Lexus is that the cost of repairs is so expensive. I wish the the repairs were not so costly. I rate Lexus with a score of (5)Great. He goes out of his way to make the customer happy and in today's world those types of people are few and far between. She was absolutely WONDERFUL in helping me. I have never had such exceptional service in my 60 years. My only possible complaint is that the car doesn't need service nearly enough! These people are attentive, intelligeng, courteous and very effective. Upon sale/purchase negotiation I asked Harry for a "bottom line, all in price" and that's what I got. They "threw in" minor body work to the front bumper, which I hadn't noticed prior to the signed sale agreement, gave me a new RX loaner for three (3) days, too during the repair. He even came to my house to program the HomeLink device to our garage door. Upon needing minor body work, caused by their car wash equiptment, they jumped through hoops to accommodate in a very timely manner, as time was of the essence for me; I was relocating to the Chicage area within days. In short, I would say they are absolutely at the TOP OF MY LIST for automobile dealers and I would have no hesitation buying another car from these people or recommending them to my family and friends in the Sarasota area! By the way, I was never a very big LEXUS fan however, this past January, it became clear to me and my wife we needed another car...Harry, etal., cut a deal within less than twenty (20) minutes...from there it's been onward and upward with impeccable service and follow up! I recently purchased my 2007 Lexus IS 250 and very surprised when I went to start it this morning only to find out that I had a dead battery.
