I really appreciate the wonderful customer service at this dealership. They make sure all my concerns are dealt with. If I cant wait for my car they always provide me with a loaner. I was also impressed when a member of the sales team Harry spent a very long time answering questions on my GPS. He didn't pass me off by saying come back and take the class, instead he sat with me in my car and answered my questions and gave me a number of cues on how to better use my GPS. I didn't buy my current Lexus at the dealership because I moved from another state. I do know I would return to this dealership to buy when I am ready. I would highly recommend this dealership for service and sales!! More

The service and excellent treatment by the staff, from the greeter to cashier. The waiting areas are comfortable and welcoming. Everyone is so nice. I own two Lexus cars. One is a 1998 SC400 and the second is a 2009 GS450H. Every time I bring in my cars for service, Charles takes care of me. He keeps me informed at every step in the process and delive is a 2009 GS450H. Every time I bring in my cars for service, Charles takes care of me. He keeps me informed at every step in the process and delivers everything he promises. Several times he has gone out of his way to make sure that everything is working as designed. Today, I picked up my GS that had a problem with the wheels and a difficult noise to detect. Jay spend many hours and took a personal interest in making sure the repair was done correctly. It was certainly a challange and was not a "run of the mill" repair. Once again, I am thrilled with your service team. In fact, one of the factors influencing my decision to purchase my second Lexus was due to Charles and my confidence in him and the Lexus product. I assure you that my next car will be another Lexus. I received a last minute call on the day of my service that I had to pick up my gra the service department as knowledgeable and competent as Debbie. I received a last minute call on the day of my service that I had to pick up my grandson after school. I called to reschedule my appointment and Debbie said to come on in and she would see that I was finished in time. True to her word, my car was serviced, washed and ready to go in time for me to pick up my grandson. She is always very accommodating and pleasant. Good job, Debbie! More
I was in an emergency situation, my car battery was shot and AAA had just jumped my battery and I could not stop the car. I called the service department and Dee (lucky for me) answered the line and sai and AAA had just jumped my battery and I could not stop the car. I called the service department and Dee (lucky for me) answered the line and said come on in. The minute I drove into the service department I was greeted promptly and was told Dee would call me, please wait in the waiting area. Very shortly, Dee had me in her office, had the car worked on and I was literally out within approximately 1 hour. This is my 3rd Lexus from Wilde and I love this company.
