I came in without an appointment, expecting to wait and perhaps be turned away for another day. Debbie Millis was wonderful! She gave me a loaner and had the problem fixed by the end of the day. We recently moved to Sarasota from East Texas. I've always owned Cadillac cars because the only dealer that was close was in Tyler, Texas. I had my RX 350 in for a recall and for its 75,000 mile service. Dee met me cheerfully, thoroughly reviewed the reason for my visit, arranged for a loaner and had me on my way in the shortest time ever. service. Later in the day she called to let me know that the recall fix and service had been completed, the car washed, and was ready for pick-up at the approximate time she had estimated and at slightly less than the cost she had forecasted. When I returned to Wilde to pick it up Dee greeted me again, thanked me sincerely for my business, asked if I had any questions and sent me on my way. It easily was one of the best service experiences I've had in 40 years of car ownership and speaks volumes about the professionalism I've come to expect and appreciate at Wilde Lexus. More
