Well you can throw all that out the window. Service has a lot to be desired and lost my piece of mind with them also..... Car was suppose to be done first week of June called Thursday and they said they are pretty much done, just have to have glass company come in morning and finnish it up. Called Friday afternoon and they stated glass company not there yet, called monday around 9:30am and the lady said glass company has not come yet and I have it on my list to call, not much urgency on her part . Ask to speak to manager, she stated he is not in office but will have him call me back. Hour and half past no call, 11:00am called Wilde and asked to speak to the person who the manager reported to and was asked to leave a VM so I did and you know what 1:00 and still nothing..... I will not buy another car from these people!!! More

While not high on the list of "life issues" my car was expensive and purchased with the expectation that follow up and service would be above that of other dealers. I believe Lexus has defaulted on this promise and no longer is worth the extra purchase money. Beautiful facility, free coffee and TV, and the illusion of upper class marketing but the Lexus service experience has left me a disappointed consumer. I would recommend reviewing consumer blogs prior to venturing to this dealership specifically, and Lexus in general. I certainly wish I had. More

I found the service I received at Wilde Lexus, and especially from Service Consultant, Tim Eldredge, to be exceptional. Tim was determined to get to the root of the problem, using all the diagnostic resources available in the process. During the four days that my vehicle was at the service centre, Tim kept me informed of what was being done, which I truly appreciated. The technicians were able to determine the cause and the necessary work was completed. As a visitor to Florida, I felt that the service that I received was truly of the highest quality. What could have been a very stressful situation was made to be pleasurable by the courtesy and professionalism that Tim provided. More

Although I just came in for service, I casually aske I felt like I was on vacation at the Hyatt as I spent the better part of the day at Wilde Lexus. Although I just came in for service, I casually asked about a beautiful car in the showroom. Everyone who needed to respond did so with speed and care, even though there was no guarantee of a sale. Customer service is definitely on the top of their list. Selling was subtle. Everyone had a specialty and the the hand-off from one expert to the other was seamless. Good Folks to Do Business With Last April, prior to leaving Sarasota I met with Jim Lally and informed him to purchase a used 2010/11 Lexus convertible and asked he contact me in th Last April, prior to leaving Sarasota I met with Jim Lally and informed him to purchase a used 2010/11 Lexus convertible and asked he contact me in the fall.. Jim called me Sept./Octwhen I was home in NYS. He was very helpful, but I found a car(2011 IS 250C) in Dec. elsewhere. I was in the area this April when the car needed a 30K service. Dee Logan worked with me and set up the appointment and also helped me secure a part I needed. She was a real pleasure to deal with. At that time i noted to her that I needed some instruction re the navigation unit, etc. She set me up with Peter Namerow. He made an appointment at my convenience and my spouse and I got a tutorial from him. He was nice to work with, specially since i am practically a computer illiterate. He, of course, could not go over everything the system is capable of as that would take more time than I, or most other folks, could allot to the task. However, he did go trough the basics, set up our phones via Bluetooth, and answered any questions we had. When we where done he simply told me to call him where ever i was if I had any specific questions in the future. All in all a very nice fellow. I found this experience to be most helpful and based upon it will be using their services whenever I may be in the area and in need of same. More
I went to Wildelexus for the 5k checkup on my new RX 350. Mrs Dee Logan is my service contact and I made the appointment, However over the next few months I had to cancel several times due to illness. W 350. Dee never said anything about me being early and took me right in and processed my paper work. She had a loaner waiting for me and in a few minutes I was gone. When I returned my car was serviced, cleaned inside and out. I couldn't ask for better service than that. Dee is a wonderful person and made me feel at home throughout the process. I have bought several new cars from Wildelexus and would not deal with any other dealer. More

I have had the need for roadside assistance with BMW, Cadillac, Jeep, and Nissan, Lexus far exceeds service over any other dealer where I have owned a vehicle from before. More
