I took our car in for two items (one maintenance, the other was getting Paint Protection Film on the front end). Jason was expedient in getting me a work estimate which was 'spot-on'. Jason also demonstrated a sincere appreciation for the value of my time and he provided me with a 'loaner' as the work was going to take several hours if not more. I was promptly called when the work was complete and the whole experience was what I believe exceptional customer service should be. Thanks to Jason and the other team members at Wilde Lexus. More
Service Department Bought a 2013 RX350 in Tampa, the only place that had the grey interior I wanted. The driver's seat was showing sign's of cracking. Took it to Wilde Lexus of Sarasota and Dee Logan from the service dept took pictures and got a approval from Lexus for new leather replacement under warranty. They furnished a new 2016 RX loner to drive while it was being repaired. Fixed like new in 1 day. Wow, such great service. I can honestly say Dee went beyond anything I expected and Wilde Lexus offered the best service I have ever found anywhere! More

Car would not start. Keith called within 10 minutes after I contacted Lexus to let me know when he would arrive at my house. He quickly determined that the battery needed replacing and that it was under warr I contacted Lexus to let me know when he would arrive at my house. He quickly determined that the battery needed replacing and that it was under warrjaanty. He proceeded to replace the battery and test it to insure it was functioning correctly.
