Jason also demonstrated a sincere appreciation for the value of my time and he provided me with a 'loaner' as the work was going to take several hours if not more. Service Department Bought a 2013 RX350 in Tampa, the only place that had the grey interior I wanted. The driver's seat was showing sign's of cracking. Took it to Wilde Lexus of Sarasota and Dee Logan from the service dept took pictures and got a approval from Lexus for new leather replacement under warranty. They furnished a new 2016 RX loner to drive while it was being repaired. Fixed like new in 1 day. Wow, such great service. I can honestly say Dee went beyond anything I expected and Wilde Lexus offered the best service I have ever found anywhere! More

Car would not start. Keith called within 10 minutes after I contacted Lexus to let me know when he would arrive at my house. He quickly determined that the battery needed replacing and that it was under warr I contacted Lexus to let me know when he would arrive at my house.
