After having my car for 3 years, my one rim went bad and could not be replaced, because the mfg didn't make that wheel anymore. Lexus put another really nice wheel on my car including new tires and at n/c!!!!!! My present tires would not fit on new rim, so LEXUS DID THE REPLACEMENT FOR NO CHARGE!!!!! Going the 7th mile to keep me happy!!!! There isn't another Car Dealer that I have ever heard of that would give this kind of service. More

Wonderful Experience We met with Robert Plank at Wilde Lexus of Sarasota, he was very accommodating. I originally chose a blue Lexus NS with the tan interior. During our negotiations, he agreed to upgrade the wheels and gave us a better price. However, he didn't have one at the dealership with the tan interior or the Navigation system, but said he could locate one for me. Unfortunately, they were unable to locate a car in the blue. I returned to the showroom, and Robert showed me another color, which I actually loved better than the blue! For my trouble, he agreed to tint the windows. I am very happy with the car, and very happy with the professional service that we received at Wilde. The accommodations at the dealership are awesome! Free beverages, food, and a comfortable atmosphere. I am definitely a Lexus girl. This is my third purchase. More

Safety Customer Service and family My Dad has been trying to get me to buy a Lexus for years but my Toyota although old is still in good shape. My response was it is too expensive. I went to the dealership and spoke to Dee Logan. She has been great. She knew my parents and each time I come in I get to hear nice stories of them. She helps me to keep service prices manageable. I have been driving up and down 75 for the past 18 months. Who knew that I could get a complimentary check up to be sure I'd be safe in my travels? Recently I was getting my car serviced and she set me up with a loaner. She asked if I wanted to try an SUV. How nice to have a choice on a loaner car. While running errands I had to go to the DMV, I needed the mileage right away. I took a stab in the dark and called to see if someone could let me know the number. I got Dee's voicemail and thought I'd have to come back the next day and wait again in the DMV. I left a message and before I had to try to sweet talk the DMV agent, Dee left a message with the mileage. Thank you Dee for being timely. Dee and the staff make getting the car worked on a pleasant experience. On top of all this the service team is patient with me when I need help with the bells and whistles. Keep up the good work because great service is hard to come by in this techie fast paced world. More
