Service and buying a used car Had service work done on two cars and ended up buying a used Lexus. Service dept. was great and John Webb took care of all our needs. Lisa Rubendunst has been my service consultant since my start. She is an outstanding representative for the Wilde family. Not only does she know her job well, but she is a good listener and takes the time to answer my questions - and on top of that she is always cheerful. I love that there are both indoor and outdoor waiting areas. The customer kitchen is clean and well stocked with snacks and beverages. It is a wonderful atmosphere. More

My service manager Dee Logan is the reason I keep coming back and the reason that I decided to purchase a new Lexus. While I love the brand, my service experience over the last several years was a large part of the my decision to purchase another Lexus. I have owed 4 BMWs all of which came with a long list of bad experiences related to lack of dependability, rude employees and overpriced parts and labor. Dee Logan is honest, down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. Always a perfect experience from the time that I schedule my service appointment to when I pay my bill at the cashier. Will never go to anyone else! More

Above and beyond excellent service I have been living part time is Sarasota and back in June I purchased my 2013 RX350 from Lexus in Atlanta my home town. Right after my purchas I have been living part time is Sarasota and back in June I purchased my 2013 RX350 from Lexus in Atlanta my home town. Right after my purchase I went back to Sarasota and decided to get my front windows tinted match the rest of the tinting on the vehicle. I called around several window tint places and called Wilde Lexus. They did the job cheaper than most of the quotes I got and did a stellar job. Over the last few months, we have made many trips back and fourth to Sarasota and subsequently have had two 5000 mile services done there. My service manager has been Brittany Reese and I could not be happier. When I had my last service done, the car had an issue with the wheels. Since the car was a CPO,Brittany was able to get approval from Lexus to take care of the repair at no cost. The work was done very well, but I ended up having a small cosmetic issue that I was not able to notice for a few days. Upon finding the issue I called Wilde Lexus and Brittany was able to come through for me in taking care of it here in Atlanta. I am very happy with the quality of customer service I have received and having people on staff like Brittany and her supervisors has made doing business with Wilde Lexus a treat. I'm very happy to have bought a Lexus, especially when you know what you can expect with a dealership after purchasing. More
The emplolyees on the service drive were rude. Service drive employees were too busy chatting with each other to assist me when I pulled up. One of them finally broke away from the conversation group to ask me what I wanted. I didn't have an appointment and was told that I needed to make one and that they were very busy. That was it. No suggestion of how to make an appointment or to whom I might talk to about making an appointment. I later sent an email to the contact location on their website. I never heard from anyone at Wilde. It appears that poor service extends to other departments at this business. More
