My experience that started with Debbie Millis and continued with getting quality work done by the Technicians, is the reason I bought my next Lexus at Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. It's also the reason I recommend Wilde to my new neighbors. Debbie defines great Customer Service. Corporate Needs To Provide More Loaners, But Thanks, Steve! Prestige Lexus in New Jersey and now Wilde Lexus here seem to chronically run low on loaners. When Lexus clients pay for luxury, Lexus dealerships sh Prestige Lexus in New Jersey and now Wilde Lexus here seem to chronically run low on loaners. When Lexus clients pay for luxury, Lexus dealerships should have more than enough loaners. It is extremely frustrating to pay Lexus prices for a Toyota chassis if we're not benefitting from the luxurious service promised when the sales folks are pushing for a sale. UPDATE: Thank you for responding Jay, but Steve Archer helped us and it went well. We got a loaner. (I still think, based on experiences in New Jersey and here, that Lexus corporate needs to provide more loaners to dealerships). However, Steve helped us, so it wasn't an issue this time. Additionally, Steve was respectful and helpful. He was also communicative, so we knew what was going on. Tony also greeted us very nicely. The two gals at the front desk are welcoming each time we walk in as well. More

Sadly, I was back in town to sell Mom’s 2007 350ES, after moving her into assisted living earlier this year. Not only did they help me with some basic maintenance and recall issues that hadn’t been addressed, but they were able to pull some strings and replace a deteriorating dash, significantly enhancing the value of the car. When I told mom what they had done for her, she was so happy – she loved this car; said it was the best car she ever had, and even wanted me to take a picture of it before selling it! More
