I have been a Lexus customer for 12 years, but just moved to Florida, started to go to Wilde in Sarasota. I was assigned to Roberto Castrodad, I have met him for 3 service appointments, same experience ever to Florida, started to go to Wilde in Sarasota. I was assigned to Roberto Castrodad, I have met him for 3 service appointments, same experience every time. He doesn't communicate well, doesn't seem to care to listen, is rushed to his responses and his unprofessional with his answers. I saw that someone else recently (on August 12, 2022) reported same experience with him in this review channel. I will be asking to be assigned to another customer service advisor who is customer focused. More
He does not communicate updates with me well and frequently refers to his evaluation every visit. His service should speak for itself. He seems unprofessional . When I tried to talk to him about lack of communication he abruptly ended the conversation verses making me feel heard, which is part of custom service. The rest of the staff is great! More

When I arrived to the lot I arrived for an oil change for my Lexus is 200T and decided well, while I wait I’ll browse the lot. As I walk a guy comes over and says, “Hi are you being helped by anyone?” “Are you interested in anything? I turned and said actually yes, long story short, I am now a new owner of a Lexus RX 350L, thank you Jeff, for taking the time to meet my needs patiently and efficiently. The total process took less than 2 hours. Thank you Dan, who helped work me into the SUV of my dreams!! I have seen myself in this SUV for years, this was truly a dream come true!!
