We got a loaner and was told it would be ready between 3-5. Set a text to see if I could come earlier as I didn't want to fight Sarasota traffic. Was told 5. Left my house at 3:30 and got stuck in a traffic jam for an hour to drive 23 miles in the RAIN. Got there at 4:45 and it was not ready. Had to drive home, again in a traffic jam, just not quite as bad, and more rain. Next time I will sit and wait. More
