We were driving by, saw a used vehicel we like (Hummer), and went in to look at it. The salesman (Todd) was nice, and did not try to sell us anything. We left, called him, and came back. When you come to this dealership you immediately feel that you are very welcome. Their service is prompt, courteous, and efficient, as well as trust worthy. As I am now in "time for a new car" mode, I started looking at Wilde. I worked with Harry Fendt on their sales staff. He was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and informative, but never pushy. When I asked challenging questions, he remained very calm, warm, and friendly. BTW, they don't even let you "walk" around outside...they ride you around in a golf cart. When I am ready to make my new car purchase, Harry will be my man, and Wilde Lexus will be my choice for continued service needs. More
During the past eight years, my wife and I have purchased four Lexus vehicles from Jack Mumaw, the Internet Sales Manager for Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. Although we live in Valrico, Florida and it takes us ove four Lexus vehicles from Jack Mumaw, the Internet Sales Manager for Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. Although we live in Valrico, Florida and it takes us over an hour to drive to the dealership in Sarasota, we prefer driving there instead of to the Lexus dealership in Tampa, which is much closer, because of the professional, helpful and friendly service we receive whether it be to have a vehicle serviced or to buy a vehicle. In particular, we always have had a positive experience in our dealings with the dealership beginning with Jack Mumaw. He is very professional, yet friendly. He worked with us by providing information on the models of the vehicles we were interested in purchasing and negotiated with us over the price in a fair and equitable manner. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from him, nor would I hesitate to recommend him or Wilde Lexus of Sarasota to friends or family members who are interested in leasing or purchasing a new or used vehicle. In fact, based on our recommendation, my brother-in-law recently bought a RX 350 from Jack Mumaw. More
Before I leased my first Lexus in 2005 I visited three other Lexus dealers. Wilde put me at ease in purchasing a new vehicle even though I was not ready to buy immediately. First of all I don't normally respond to surveys. My experience goes back a few weeks ago when my husband and I were shopping for a new car. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. His sales manager (Billy Hell as we wanted to call him, as we watched him belittle our salesman from behind a glass partition) told him that the dealer my not even recieve 1 of the limited production SC430's we wanted and if they did he couldn't tell us when. We ended up buying the car in stock at Lexus of Ft. Myers the very next weekend for five hundred dollars under the list price. That next Tuesday our salesman called us to let us know that the mysterious Pebble Beach had arrived at their dealership. We told him too late. We should not have had to drive out of town to buy this car, and would have paid the list price for the convenience. We live in the same neighborhood as the owner and have mixed emotions about coming in for service. We rate sales a 10, sales management 0! More
