I am a long time Lexus fan and started to look for my 4th Lexus a couple of weeks ago. Since I'm female, I always feel like a "lamb being led to the slaughter" when I walk into a dealership. This time, I decided to check other dealers in FL rather than go with my local dealer again. I was determined to get the best deal possible. I got lucky when I came in contact with Jack Mumaw & Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. Even though we only communicated via email, I immediately felt a difference between this experience & my past experiences. I felt that I was communicating with someone who was very down to earth, knowledgeable, professional but friendly, and most of all, I sensed honesty. It is so important to be able to trust the person you're dealing with. Jack always communicated without being pushy. I decided to go with Wilde because Jack gave me a great deal, located the car I wanted immediately, handled everything very quickly & efficiently, and even drove 2 hours to deliver my car.
