AS SOON AS I WALKED IN THE FRONT DOOR OF THIS DEALERSHIP I WAS GREETED BY MICHAEL GILDAR. IN A VERY FRIENDLY WAY HE INQUIRED AS TO WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. WE WENT OVER TO IT AND HE IMMEDIATELY STARTED TELLING ME ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR CAR. HE DISPLAYED A GREAT DEAL OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE CAR AND ASKED IF I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE IT FOR A TEST RIDE. WE DID AND HE DISPLAYED EVEN MORE KNOWLEDGE. WHEN CRUNCH TIME CAME I EXPLAINED MY LIMITATIONS AND THE CAR I WAS TRADING IN. HE MADE IT WORK OUT AND THE CAR WAS READY FOR ME THE NEXT MORNING. AT NO TIME WAS I PRESSURED NOR DID I FEEL THAT I GOT ANYTHING BUT A FAIR PRICE ON THE CAR. HIS FOLLOW UP HAS BEEN TREMENDOUS. HE EVEN HELPED MY WIFE PROGRAM HER PHONE NUMBERS INTO THE COMPUTER. More

I bought my RX350 2010 last November. I finally went to Dave Trimble's class a couple of weeks ago to learn how to better use my nav system. I learned a lot that day including using the voice activation for my Bluetooth. I went right out to my car, changed the setting and have been using it ever since. I realized how much I did NOT know about the nav system. Dave came out to my house this moring and gave me an individual lesson on the system and I learned a lot more.
