Todd Brown went out of his way to make me happy. This was our first visit to Lexus of Sarasota and we found it to be a very positive experience. Peter Pappas led us to exactly what we were looking for. We were trading in our 2006 Avalon for a small SUV. Peter said that a 2010 RX350 just came in so we decided to take a look. Wow! Were we surprised! The interior features were similar to our Avalon and it was spacious and very comfortable. Just to be sure we were not rushing into anything we decided to look at other cars. Peter graciously took us outback and showed us every RX350 that you had. We decided on the 2010 and are very happy with it. We requested a few accessories at no additional cost and Peter did his best to have most of them included. We very much appreciated his effort on that issue. Since we were heading to New England in a few days a home visit would not be possible so Peter was able to arrange to have Alex Ray there when we picked the car up. Ales went over the navigation with us and showed us how to use other applications as well. When driving out of the parking lot we noticed the car had a full tank of gas. Pete was great ... very professional. We started out looking for a used (2010) RX350 with a very specific wish list. After a few months we moved onto a new vechile, with the same wish list. We returned to the dealership about 10 days after the purchase to attend a class for the NAV system. In the course of conversation I indicated to Pete that we had our first parking lot ding, on day one of ownership. Pete stepped right up and said that the dealership would covere the fist ding. First class operation. Great marketing. Pete made the appointment for us and the vehicle was repaired as promised. The entire staff are polite, well trained and professional. Good job Wilde. More
When I shop for a vehicle I like to see them, drive them, and decide for myself what I want, what suits me best, and within my budget. I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful service I received at Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. Mr. Harry Fendt walked me around the lot and showed me the vehicles that I wanted to see. He was warm and friendly, courteous, and very professional. I was allowed to choose what I wanted to see, drive and ask questions about. I have never had such a stress-free experience with car shopping. Mr. Fendt also went the extra mile to visit my home and set up my garage door opener, that I had been struggling with. After my purchase, Mr. Fendt also called me a few weeks later to ask how I was enjoying my vehicle and offering to assist with any further questions or concerns I may have. OMG, what a wonderful experience from the moment I was greeted to the moment I got into my very clean car with a tank full of gas! The service was faster than I would have expected, they provided me with the same model loaner car (but newer, of course) and Lauren Higgins, my Service Manager makes me want to have problems with my car just so I can come back for service. She was absolutely WONDERFUL in helping me. I have never had such exceptional service in my 60 years. My only possible complaint is that the car doesn't need service nearly enough!
