Noah was so easy to work with that I actually look forward to when it comes time to get another car; however, it is likely to be years because my RX350 runs like brand new and still looks that way as forward to when it comes time to get another car; however, it is likely to be years because my RX350 runs like brand new and still looks that way as well and I bought it was almost 10K miles on it! When I first began looking for vehicles I was overwhelmed by the information and cars in the cross-over category. Noah took the time to break things down for me and then told me about carfax and other ways to research vehicles I was considering. When a vehicle that met most of my criteria became available, Noah called me and asked if I wanted to come down and see it. I did and it is what I drive now. It was perfect and I'm so glad that I didn't wait for the "perfect" car because it turns out this was it. I was so delighted with the process that I sent my Mom and she bought the same make and model from him only in a different color. I typically hate the car buying process because of all the sales games: taking your license for awhile, buy it today or else, undervaluing your trade. Noah and the folks at Lexus didn't do any of these things. He didn't pressure me at all, he was informative and supportive during the entire process. I will happily seek out Noah when it is time to buy another car and I recommend him every chance I get. By the way, just as Noah said, my RX350 has held its value and gets incredible gas mileage. My husband and I received great service when we purchased this car. We entered the show room and were referred to Grant Gaugler immediately as the salesman who approached us sold used vehicles and we wanted this car. Grant was curteous and didn't try to over-sell the vehicle to us. He and the dealership immediately gave us a good price for the car and the sale of our older vehicle and we didn't have to dicker for a decent price. We hate that. We had a list of dealers we were going to see on our final round of cars in our top list but did not even go to them as we were so pleased with our experience at Wilde Lexus and Grant Gaugler. More
I was not in the market to purchase a car but my daughter was and asked that I accompany her to the Lexus dealership to test drive a car. Our sales person was Noah Hochberg who was not only extremely imforma was and asked that I accompany her to the Lexus dealership to test drive a car. Our sales person was Noah Hochberg who was not only extremely imformative and knowledable but not the least bit pushy. After my daughter has driven the car for a bit, she pulled over a suggested I drive it, she was so thrilled with the way it handled. I did drive it back to the dealership and proceded to purchase the car, different color from Noah Hochberg. My daughter went back the next day to buy her Lexus. I have kept in touch with Noah and will go back to him when I am ready for a new (used) car. He made me feel very comfortable and I trust his judgment. Everytime that I have had my car serviced at Wilde I feel very special and important. They have bent over backwards to keep me happy. And they have great coffee. I have no desire to go anywhere else when it comes to car buying, Wilde is the place for me and Noah Hochberg is the best salesperson ever. More
I was looking for a car for about 5 months. I walked into the Lexus Dealership and I talked with a salesperson that handed me over to Chez. Chez showed me the Lexus line from the CT Hybrid to the RX. Chez is a great asset to your organization. He is not the stereotypical "pushy" used car salesman. He is extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable in the cars you have on the lot.
