I found a used car I was looking for on-line through my credit union's auto adviser program. The car happened to be at Wilde Lexus in Sarasota. In fact, it is one of the most stress-free car purchases I've ever made. Patrick clearly explained the whole purchase process and stayed with us from test drive to handing us the keys. Wilde did a great job of detailing the car before I arrived and it looked exactly as described and pictured on their website. The fact that they had a link to the car's CarFax report was also fantastic. Thanks to the auto adviser program, this was a haggle-free experience that I won't forget. We had recently relocated to south Florida and I was in the market to replace my 2001 GS 300 (which I have now passed onto my daughter). I spoke with dealers in my local area and all over Florida. Harry Fendt at Wilde worked with me over several weeks and found the exact car I wanted in absolutely perfect condition. He delivered the car to me in Naples, an hour away, and spent a great deal of time showing me all the features. He even set up the blue tooth and garage opener features before leaving.
