I have had my 2006 lexus is350 serviced at wilde lexus of sarasota for the past year and a half and I've ALWAYS HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The last time I was there was I had a window trim issue with my sarasota for the past year and a half and I've ALWAYS HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The last time I was there was I had a window trim issue with my car and my service adviser " Debbie Millis " went way out of her way to help me out like she always has done in the past. In the end I got my issue resolved free of charged with no problems as always. I will contenue to have my car serviced at this location in the future and would recommend them to others. My husband had been driving the RX350 for many years. He is currently in his fourth RX and we both love it. This summer my Mini Cooper lease ended and I was undecided about what kind of car to get. I wanted quiet and comfort after the Mini experience. I was thinking of an Audi A-4; the Infinity; or a Lexus ES 350. When Wilde service was performing the RX 350 30K service, Debbie Millis who is a top rate person in the Service Dept., suggested we keep the loaner 24 hours, we were so happy. This provided me the opportunity to see have a full test drive around our home in Venice. After turning in the loaner, I test drove the Audi again just to be sure. There was NO comparison in the smooth handling and ride of the two cars. Lexus is absolutely perfect. The salesman who was simply outstanding in his selling the car to us made the entire experience most enjoyable. Tom McOmber knew all about the car and provided us with just the right amount of information with no pressure to make a decision. He was personable and thoughtful in his approach and without any he completed the high quality experience we have always had with Wilde. Robert Miller went over the financial information for our leasing contract in a careful and patient manner. But I must ell you, the way that Tom McOmber related to us with his knowledge and confidence in what he was selling to us, was truly what made me want to buy from Wilde. This is the second time I have worked with Grant Gaugler on the lease of a new automobile. Once again, I was extremely pleased with the experience. Grant is very helpful and although I usually don't like the experience of leasing or buying a new car, Grant continues to make it a painless experience. In all the years I have leased or bought cars, Grant is one of the best sales professionals I have worked with. He makes the paperwork process easy and he bends over backwards to explain everything in detail. He thoroughly knows "his stuff"; he knows the features of the Lexus inside and out and he knows how to explain the features to his customer so they understand the benefits of leasing a Lexus. In the past, I have recommended Wilde Lexus and Grant Gaugler and I will not hesitate to recommend the dealership and Grant in the future. In my opinion, Grant is a true professional and it is a pleasure to work with him. Great job...I love my new car! More

Just leased a 2011 ES350, my 5th Lexus over the years. Have always worked with Alex Levando, whom I've always found to be honest, knowledgeable and most helpful, not only prior to the sale, but after. I leased an RX 350 yesterday at Wilde Lexus. Everything about the transaction was superior with everyone I came in contact with. I bought my last car with them and see no reason to go anywhere else. No question was too much to ask. I love my new car and so appreciate how easy it was to deal with everyone. Debbie told me about Grant and he was a wonderful young man to deal with. He helped with programming the garage opener which was so important to me. He helped with all the new features on my new car and, even though I am not especially quick when learning new gadgets------I got it. He was so patient with me.
