I am a long time Lexus fan and started to look for my 4th Lexus a couple of weeks ago. Since I'm female, I always feel like a "lamb being led to the slaughter" when I walk into a dealership. I really hate Lexus a couple of weeks ago. Since I'm female, I always feel like a "lamb being led to the slaughter" when I walk into a dealership. I really hate the process. This time, I decided to check other dealers in FL rather than go with my local dealer again. I was determined to get the best deal possible. I got lucky when I came in contact with Jack Mumaw & Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. Even though we only communicated via email, I immediately felt a difference between this experience & my past experiences. I felt that I was communicating with someone who was very down to earth, knowledgeable, professional but friendly, and most of all, I sensed honesty. It is so important to be able to trust the person you're dealing with. Jack always communicated without being pushy. I decided to go with Wilde because Jack gave me a great deal, located the car I wanted immediately, handled everything very quickly & efficiently, and even drove 2 hours to deliver my car. I highly recommend Jack Mumaw & Wilde Lexus to anyone and everyone. This was honestly my first pleasurable experience in buying a car. I hope to do business with Jack & Wilde in the future. More

We are very satisfied with the extremely professional and friendly service Alex had provided to my wife and me in locating and purchasing a new vehicle. The vehicle was not available at the dealership, so Alex put a lot efforts of finding the one that execaly met our requirements in regards to the colour, options, etc. etc. We had met many employees of the dealership - Financial Manager, Administrator, Service Manager - and all of them provided to us a very friendly with a "BIG SMILE" very professional service. When you come to this dealership you immediately feel that you are very welcome. It starts at the front desk and ends at the management level.I would certainly recommend Alex Levando to be "your" sales person. More

I very much liked my experience working with Wilde. My salesman was Bob McFarland. Severl things stand out about Bob and why he was a good salesman. We were driving by, saw a used vehicel we like (Hummer), and went in to look at it. The salesman (Todd) was nice, and did not try to sell us anything. We left, called him, and came back. We were able to get financed, and drove home with a vehicle we love. We received a fair trade value, an ok price (I always try to do better), but the atmosphere was no pressure, and eveyone was helpful. Special thanks to Finance Director Raphael. Great Guy. Their service is prompt, courteous, and efficient, as well as trust worthy. As I am now in "time for a new car" mode, I started looking at Wilde. I worked with Harry Fendt on their sales staff. He was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and informative, but never pushy. When I asked challenging questions, he remained very calm, warm, and friendly. BTW, they don't even let you "walk" around outside...they ride you around in a golf cart. When I am ready to make my new car purchase, Harry will be my man, and Wilde Lexus will be my choice for continued service needs. More

During the past eight years, my wife and I have purchased four Lexus vehicles from Jack Mumaw, the Internet Sales Manager for Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. Although we live in Valrico, Florida and it takes us ove four Lexus vehicles from Jack Mumaw, the Internet Sales Manager for Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. Although we live in Valrico, Florida and it takes us over an hour to drive to the dealership in Sarasota, we prefer driving there instead of to the Lexus dealership in Tampa, which is much closer, because of the professional, helpful and friendly service we receive whether it be to have a vehicle serviced or to buy a vehicle. In particular, we always have had a positive experience in our dealings with the dealership beginning with Jack Mumaw. He is very professional, yet friendly. He worked with us by providing information on the models of the vehicles we were interested in purchasing and negotiated with us over the price in a fair and equitable manner. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from him, nor would I hesitate to recommend him or Wilde Lexus of Sarasota to friends or family members who are interested in leasing or purchasing a new or used vehicle. In fact, based on our recommendation, my brother-in-law recently bought a RX 350 from Jack Mumaw. More
