This is the second Lexus I have bought from Sarasota Lexus even though I live in Fort Myers and there’s a Lexus dealer here and Lexus dealer in Naples. It’s extremely frustrating to be misled and waste time, especially when I expected the same level of professionalism I experienced from the sales team.
