We've called him twice already and both times he answered the phone and handled our questions. We couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. He really understands the car and is so good explaining all the upgrades some of which we never had before. We've already recommended my cousin to Greg and my cousin bought an RX350 from him. The financial manager, Frank Justin was extremely knowledgeable and personable who knew his job inside and out. He explained the different additional vehicle warranties and what was covered in each. We have never take the extras before, but after Frank explained the benefits, we decided this was a good idea, given all the complexities of all the electronics. He is very genuine. The Delivery Specialist, Daryl Williams, was also very informative and personable. We are pretty novice to some of these upgrades and asked a million questions.all of which he answered patiently. I am sure he hasn't heard the last from us. More
