Steve was very accommodating and answered all our questions. The young man who helped with the electronics was also very personable. The experience with the extended warranty individual was also a good one. No high pressure, just pertinent information which helped us make our decisions. They never pressure me about sales and let me ask many questions about the car that I am planning to buy. When I was concerned that the new SUV would fit into the garage, Grant drove the SUV over to my house the next day to reassure me that it would fit into our "older" garage. That was really special. I have recommended this dealership to many of my friends and have even escorted them there so that they could observe and purchase a new Lexus, which some of them did (and I was even rewarded). Lastly, I cannot say enough good things about the Service Department, which has always been efficient and helpful. They (Lisa) have worked with me over these many years in keeping my SUV in top running order, although I have NEVER had a mechanical or structural problem with this RX350 in all the years that I have driven it. In conclusion, I would say that this is the most honest dealership that I have known in my 60 years of buying a new car. More

I told Kyle at the beginning I was planning on looking at multiple cars, and he made it clear that he was there to meet my needs. I was very comfortable the entire time, and didn’t feel hunted by sales managers. Grant is great! I just leased my 4th Lexus. Lexus is my most favorite car of all of the cars that I have had. I especially liked the 350 RX and now my NX 300. Wit I just leased my 4th Lexus. He has always been very professional, honest, no-pressure, gives me all of the facts, show me the comparison coats of one thing over another and he knows his products. Besides all of that, he helps me immensely with transferring my insurance from my older vehicle to the , as well as, all of the added features such as Sirius XM and Lexus Enform.He is always most patient with me, as he sometimes must explain things and features to me more than once. (I am older that his father!) Grant always makes me feel that I can always come in, (and assures me that I am not a bother) to ask him questions or ask for his assistance. For example, getting my cell phone connected to Bluetooth or getting my new cell phone connected to Bluetooth when my other phone died. There have been many times that I have come in for help and he has always been very willing to help me. Grant has a very gentle, kind and patient manner about him which I find to be wonderful qualities. I would never hesitate to work with him and I wouldn't hesitate to refer some one else to him. More
