Professional In Every Way We just purchased another RX 350 with the assistance of Grant Gaugler, who could not have been more understanding and professional in helping us get We just purchased another RX 350 with the assistance of Grant Gaugler, who could not have been more understanding and professional in helping us get the vehicle we wanted. We wanted a RED RX 350 with the Luxury package, which would include all the safety features that we wanted. Since only about 5% RX 350's come in RED and a very small number come with the Luxury package, we new that we would have to order this to our specifications. Grant found a vehicle within our specifications within a 500 mile radius but that dealer wanted the car for his dealership to market. So, we ordered our RX for production in May-June. A few days later, the other dealer wanted a vehicle from Wilde and was willing to trade. So, we got our beautiful RED RX 350 within the next few days and couldn't be more pleased with its looks and performance. Thanks to Grant's efforts, we didn't have to wait 4 months. Since this car is way smarter than I am with its 18 computers, both Grant and the tech specialist (Scott Franzinger) tried their best to explain all the technology and install what was needed for us. I have to admit that we did not retain all the info, but Scott was very patient and understanding and made sure that we could either call or schedule another session for additional help. Both of these gentlemen were great and patient with "older" clientele. Great people to work with. More

Coming from the world of finance I was not a novice either at purchasing or leasing. We worked together and quickly determined the best course of selection. Wilde Lexus had a wonderful selection and a deal was structured on no time. The result I leased a 2015 RX. Delivery was easy and quick with all paperwork and swiftly completed. There was little to learn about the car because it was almost identical to my 2013. In January 2018 I shifted my focus to a 2018 450RX as a replacement. I did some research and determined this was the next car. Grant and I reviewed my goalless goals and desires and selected a car I love! This SUV was a wonderful change and the evaluation process was similar.. lease or buy.. Once again Grant and I worked together to determine which financing structure worked best for me. The hardest choice the color combination! Grant used the locator staff and came up with the allocation vehicle which I am enjoying.. Again the process was well organized and delivery was seamless from paperwork to learning the new technology package. The tech advisor made it easy and understandable to learn my new car. My greatest compliments to Dale, Grant, the finance officer and tech representative for making my purchase experience the Best.. I have to admit this is my 4th Lexus RX.. Between the dealer, their staff, and the vehicle I could not be a happier customer. More

He was very pleasant and Not the typical car dealership sales person I have experienced in the past, just like the feel and energy of Wilde Lexus. Not the typical so called car dealership AT All ! He was so helpful as the car I came to look at I had seen on there web site was sold right before I got there. But John listen to what I was trying to accomplish, join the Lexus family with a pre-owned Lexus. A new one was a bit out of our budget but instead of John just blowing me off because the car I came to see was sold and I wasn’t going to buy New he said let’s just try to find something else that will work for you. He spent lots of time listening to me and didn’t get impatient or pushy, in fact he was so interested in helping me find just the right car and he did just that. We looked at several.Each time we looked at a car he wanted to know what is it you like about this car and what don’t you like. What A difference it makes having someone truly listen and then guide you on this journey of finding and buying a car. Oh but it didn’t stop there once we found a car and had agreed on a price I told JOHN I needed financing as well and he said no problem we have the best in the business here and they will take good care of you. Again exceeding my expectations because previous experience buying a car someplace else there so called finance person was just someone who complained about All the Paperwork, long hours and so on... get the picture. So here comes the next incredible part of buying a car at WILDE Lexus Chuck Johnson our finance manager. He again listened to what I wanted to accomplish and there are many choices on places to finance cars but Chuck said let me take care of this for you. I will get your “new to you” car financed with Lexus Financial and don’t worry about this part I will handle it. That’s just what he did because my goal is work up to a new Lexus. And getting established with them is the right thing to do for furture. This was such a completely different experience from any I have ever had and I want thank JOHN , Chuck and All of The many behind the scenes people I haven’t met yet because I know it takes so many people to do it right and Wilde Lexus, JOHN Webb and Chuck Johnson sure do it right!
