I'm pleased to share that BILL LONGO at Wilde Lexus personally made me feel differently about the process as he was professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and efficient. My first interaction with Bill was over the phone. I was coming due on my existing Lexus lease and had continuously been disappointed by my experience with two Lexus dealerships in the city where I live approximately 100 miles away from Wilde Lexus. I had been so disappointed, in fact, that despite loving the Lexus product, I seriously considered two other luxury brands. In a brief conversation with Bill, I determined it would be worth a couple of trips dealing with traffic on I-4 and I-75 to bring Lexus back into my consideration set. It was worthwhile to invest more time in the process to deal with folks that care about the experience of each patron knowing that their professionalism could earn longer term loyalty.
