Carl Carpenter listened to our specs and helped us find the best car for us, He was very knowledgeable and was able to provide us with real comparisons to what we had driven prior. He is honest and thoughtful. Chuck was great as well and spent a lot of time with us helping identify the best warranty packages based on who the primary driver would be and like Carl, provided full-disclosure. Christian worked with us on our Tech and showed us all about the car, and he didn’t yawn once! He was thoughtful and actually taught us instead of just showing us. He provided hints to get us where we needed to be! We also have to give a huge pat on the back to the service professionals who placed an overnight order to the dealership and added those items to the car so we would not have to bring it back particularly during the urgent health crisis. My husband actually told Carl that this was the best car purchasing experience he had ever had. Wilde Lexus of Sarasota, FL is THE Lexus dealership. More
