I purchased a Lexus this weekend and it was an enjoyable experience. My salesperson Erin Fellows was professional and a pleasure to work with. Dan was great to deal with. Very responsive and communicative. He went out of his way to get the answers to the questions I had. Very easy going, and a great personality. In addition to Dan, we dealt with Myke Tovar also. I have nothing but high praise for him as well. He went out of his way to ensure the best incentives were on the vehicle I purchased. He even traded a car to get the car I wanted (which was at Lexus of Wesley Chapel) down to Sarasota so that I could purchase it there. All in all, I had a great experience at Lexus of Sarasota. More

Britney was great. The finance person seemed rushed. My usb was blank and I didn't get my contract. It seemed wrong to me so I requested a copy of it. I declined any extra warranty's but there we're still added. I signed for 4.99 finance and paper reflected 6.99. Made a second trip back to the dealer and a gentleman by the name of Chuck corrected it. More
