Django Bruce is fantastic. The dealership must sold my personal information and credit score as I immediately had all these other banks sending me letters about applying for t The dealership must sold my personal information and credit score as I immediately had all these other banks sending me letters about applying for their credit cards. This all hit my credit reports. I do not want any credit reports. Also, the dealership financial people are responsible for pushing these other insurance products on the shopper, which have huge price tags on them. The products offered would have added over $10,000 to the loan. It really is buyer beware. I know this is not just the Lexus dealers, but all dealers do this. Also the new cars track everything and I am focusing on how to limit this information. More

My preowned car purchase from Toby happened to be a non-Lexus vehicle and Toby took the time to point out certain things on the vehicle that I might have the same-brand dealer look at. My car happened to come with only a single key fob and Toby once again helped me to obtain a 2nd OEM key fob at a significant savings. Making an appointment with Toby was easy. I am appalled that we were not told that it would take months and months to get a second key fob. Our sale rep said it would take about one month. Lexus headquarters said october at the earliest.
