I visited Lexus of Sarasota yesterday just to introduce myself to Ana. We had spoken on the phone and texted previously about a new, white Lexus es300h ultra luxury that I had been hoping to find. Ana was SO gracious, personable, patient and diligent while helping me regarding my inquiry. I have been a loyal customer for many years...but I have never encountered any Lexus sales representative with the qualities that Ana possesses. She is truly amazing!
