Django did a great job of showing us the vehicles we requested. He was quite knowledgeable about the RX with the exception of the typical gas mileage for the various RX models. We were not as happ requested. He was quite knowledgeable about the RX with the exception of the typical gas mileage for the various RX models. We were not as happy with the trade-in offer for our current RX. The paperwork process went very smoothly. Devyn did an outstanding job of going over the features of the RX and answering our questions. We were not pleased to learn that only one key was provided at the time of purchase, and that I will need to take several hours out of my day to pick of the second key at the dealership. We do not live close by, so there will be travel time as well as the time needed to program the second key. More

I had the unfortunate experience of working with Erin and this dealership at the end of May. They sold me a car with extensive water damage in the battery, and I had to drive 9 hours from FL to NC with a lit this dealership at the end of May. They sold me a car with extensive water damage in the battery, and I had to drive 9 hours from FL to NC with a literal pool in my battery. The dealership refused to pay for the damages, leaving me no option but to sell the car back to them. They had not conducted any inspection on the vehicle before selling it to me: one of the headlights was out, the battery was unchecked, and the airbag light was on. They even failed to transfer my registration to the vehicle, resulting in me owing taxes to my state. I strongly advise against buying a car from this dealership. Jason, the manager, never answered calls and constantly gave me incorrect information. This was the worst buying experience I have ever had. These details only scratch the surface of the disrespect and frustration I felt throughout this ordeal. I lost time, money, and a significant amount of effort dealing with them. In the end, they paid my taxes and bought the car back. The only satisfying part was getting my down payment back, ensuring I never have to deal with them again. More
