Buying a car online is never easy. I wanted a certain Lexus and called several dealerships within 500 miles from my home. Because of the make and model it was difficult finding one. I I wanted a certain Lexus and called several dealerships within 500 miles from my home. Because of the make and model it was difficult finding one. I found one online at the Sarasota Lexus dealership and Scott helped me not only find one but gave me a better deal than any of the other dealerships. No hassles, xx or any of the shenanigans that go with buying a car. He gave the the out-the-door numbers and I paid the refundable deposit. I flew from Pensacola Florida on Breeze airlines ($50) into Tampa where I got a rental car through USAA. We stayed at Mc Dill AFB and drove the hour drive to Sarasota. There we met the everyone who helped us. A little over an hour we drove the seven hours back home. I only wish I could have stayed longer and visited the number one Cedar Key! I love my car and want to thank Scott for making it happen. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in any state looking for a great deal. More

I purchased a GX 460 on line and flew down from South Carolina to pick it up, The personnel at Lexus of Sarasota were great from Chris Wolf in sales, Chuck Johnson in finance thru to the technology spec Carolina to pick it up, The personnel at Lexus of Sarasota were great from Chris Wolf in sales, Chuck Johnson in finance thru to the technology specialist Jaden Shelburne. The staff is nice. Just one small complaint that irritated me more than it should have. I rated the home delivery as poor because I requested transportation from my home to the dealership. I had no one available to get me there and I couldn't drive two cars home. Transportation was refused. Home delivery wasn't offered after the sale. I live near University Parkway so it wasn't that far. I had to call out a favor from a friend in order to buy the RX. Clearwater Lexus also had an RX I was interested in. I was quite tempted to go there, but I've dealt with Alex Levondo for many years. I wanted to see him off for his retirement and be the last customer of his career. More
